Don't Forget the Ring

Joe was asked to speak at a Single Adult Conference this morning. I'm sure he hit a home-run as usual. He is such an incredible speaker! Unfortunately he made the mistake of forgetting to put on his wedding ring before he left. He actually didn't realize he forgot it until one of the single sisters pulled him aside and gave him a heads up. Apparently she has been divorced for one year and knew Joe and his brothers growing up. She noticed the ringless speaker and asked another mutual friend about him. Much to her disappointment, she found out that Joe was indeed happily married with 4 children. Bummer! She cautioned him to always wear that wedding ring to avoid any embarrassing/awkward situations... especially at a Single Adult Conference! LOL!
