From Our Crazy Family to Yours 2013

It’s that time of year for us to come clean
Of the adventures we had in 2013:
Joe ran his 5th marathon, albeit in pain
He built a home office and still coaches hoops to
stay sane.
Allie learned what is means to slow down and rest
She wrote a novel in November and likes staying at home the best.
Jansen entered the real world by paying his way to
Utah State
We miss him like crazy but “the girls next door”
treat him great.
Carlie got her first job and filled many a
Blizzard cup
Her hip flexor healed just in time to hoop it up.
Will grew six inches and his voice dropped down low
With his piney-go-bag, to hang with cousins he’ll go.
Kristen’s singing and tap dancing her way through
2nd grade
She got baptized and invited all the friends she
has made.
All six of us had many lessons to learn
And to our Savior, we were reminded to turn…
Now as the snow falls and covers the ground
We leave “13” behind us with new adventures to
be found.
