What a day for the Jessops!
Kristen started Kindergarten in Ms. Hauer's class and wow, was she ever excited!
She has waited for this day a long time!
She finally got to wear her hello-kitty shirt that has been hiding in my closet lest she be tempted to try to wear it before the first day!
And Will was rockin' his new North Face shirt and jacket.
New backpacks for both of them. Barbie for Kris and a more sophisticated look for Will. Afterall, he is a Colt in Jr. High now. Gone are the days of cartoon characters on shirts, notebooks, and lunch boxes.
And what would first-day-of-school-pictures be without the crazy pose!

I thought Jansen was going to wear the shirt you found in Target. It would have been perfect.

ReplyDeleteKristen is a doll, will is all grown up, Carlie looks A-MA-ZING and of course Jansen looks like a little stud muffin!
(If only he had his old plaid fedora to make the look oh so complete!!)
PS: Why isn't going to the same HS as Carlie??
