One of my favorite parts of Christmas is all the fun cooking. Here, I am sporting my festive Santa apron along with my new, longed for, marble rolling pin. Don't I look powerful? With hair pulled back, I am ready for some serious cooking action. Today...sugar cookies. Tomorrow...cinammon rolls. And for our Christmas Eve feast...homemade mashed potatoes, homemade rolls, and store-bought chicken. Hey...nobody's perfect! Today we will be having Jansen's favorite...lasagna! (We were all too munchy-ed out on his actual birthday from all the stocking candy, plates of goodies, and sugar cookies to have his dinner on his birthday. Today we will finally enjoy a normal homecooked meal!) And I'll use my apron once more on New Years Eve for the perfect cream puffs! Yum-O!
