We’re learning to be thankful for all our blessings so dear
We find we have so much to be thankful for all year.
Joe steps out to work in his office built brand new,
He’s still running marathons and coaches boys in Corvallis Blue.
Allie’s thankful that with every “no” comes an unexpected “yes”,
Being the new primary chorister is what she loves the best.
We miss Jansen but he’s doing great at his 2nd year of USU,
Managing basketball pays for his school and gives him tons to do.
Carlie continues to heal from a hip flexor injury last fall,
She’s on schedule to be valedictorian and compete for State basketball.
Will started high school and earned a jersey on the freshmen team,
He’s added playing piano and guitar to his musical dream.
Kristen dances around the house as she heads to the back door
to feed Mr. Whiskers her cat, whom she loves more and more.
To keep track of everyone, our calendar has a colored code
To make sure everyone knows if games are at home or on the road.
Kristen danced in The Grinch and continues her beautiful singing
And Allie looks forward to lunch to see who Carlie’s bringing.
Kali, Jaylee and Karill love to come hang out,
Chase & Kobe are Will’s best friends…that’s what true cousins are about!
Counting blessings has helped get rid of anxiety and fear,
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
